Lucy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified MBSR™ Teacher, who has been counseling in Private Practice for over 20 years specializing in trauma, with offices in Boerne and San Antonio.

She and her clients work together to develop Coping Skills to help them adapt to change. Lucy works with individuals, couples and groups. Her clients benefit from building a confidential and trusting relationship in which they can identify and explore feelings and experiences that, even if they happened in childhood, continue to influence emotions and behaviors today.

Lucy volunteers her time with non-profit community resources, such as Parents of Murdered Children (POMC) and The Rape Crisis Center of San Antonio.

Her Corporate Work includes presenting educational programs that help develop effective skills, leading to positive outcomes. Lucy is frequently asked to present continuing education and training workshops for mental health professionals on topics such as Ethics, Trauma, Counseling skills and “The Beauty of Adulthood”. She teaches Mindfulness Meditation classes for private groups and for the general public.
